Today was a good day rest. After a great job at Shimane this weekend, I think it was good to stay home and rest. A new day with new challenges start tomorrow. Beating Hamamatsu next weekend will be the focus this week in practice. The team spirit it where it needs to be I think. Winning definitely helps building that team spirit up.

Now I am making some pasta and meat sauce to refuel my body and getting ready for next weekend challenge.

今日はとってもよい休日でした。

島根での厳しいアウェイゲームを終え、家でゆっくりできたのでとてもリラックスできました。
明日からまた新たに練習の日々が始まります。今週の練習は週末の相手である打倒浜松に焦点をあてて
行っていきます。
チームの団結力は必要不可欠なことで試合に勝つことで団結力はだんだん強まっていきますね。

今は今週末のゲームに備えエネルギーを蓄えるためにミートソースパスタを作っています。

島根まで応援に駆けつけてくれた皆さんありがとうございました。今週も引き続き応援お願いします。
